STRUCTURE
·       The machine frame built of high strength materials. All body parts welded and stress relieved prior to machining in order to meet tight manufacturing tolerances for appropriate assembling and maintenance
·       The dies made of special grade of material and heat treated.
·       All groups undercoated of special quality of chemical for high corrosion resistance
·       Safety barriers at top of the press body and stair for maintenance.
·       All cylinder bodies and pistons are hardened and tempered, chrome plated and grounded

 COMPONENTS

The machine is equipped with a colored Touch Panel SIEMENS.  Easy to operate main cylinder, manipulators positions, to stop/start at any position, and diagnostic/alarms of all the functions. All controls can be seen on screen and buttons on control pulpit. Electric motors to power hydraulic pumps.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WARRANTY:
     12 months or 2500 working hours (which comes first) after the first date of installation completed. 18 months from the shipment date from manufacturer factory. The machine is under warranty of any defective materials, workmanship or standard equipment.
   Any reparation by any other party without written approval of manufacturer breaks the warranty. Manufacturer is the only one responsible to fix the problem in such cases and this service cost will be charged to customer.
     If any part change is required under warranty period, it is subjected to same warranty and its warranty starts at the date of mounting.
     If customer requires a service technician/engineer from the manufacturer during the warranty period, this service price will be quoted and agreed with customer.
       Any part which slides are subject to wearing so is not covered by warranty
    The defects caused of purposeful or inaccurate usage of machine is not under warranty. This will be evaluated by the manufacturer during the service time by the responsible technician/engineer.
      Manufacturer is not responsible for any monetary loss of the customer due to machine breakdown even the reparation is under warranty.
      If the reparation requires a functional test or trial after the completion, the cost of required plate/piece under responsibility of the customer. If one trial is not sufficient to check, more trials can be required by manufacturer in the same condition.
DELIVERY:  
     Price includes the delivery, the manufacturer will inform to customer about the date of shipment and delivery. The customer should warn to manufacturer in written for any law, rule, vacations, road construction work or any other issue at the customer country which may affect the delivery date. Otherwise, the manufacturer is not responsible of any delay or penalty.
    The insurance cost is under responsibility of the customer if required. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage occurred during the transportation.
       The manufacturer doesn’t accept any penalty if it not specified and agreed on the order confirmation.
     In case the customer requires functional test at the manufacturer location prior to shipment, the labor, plate, energy or other expenses will be charged to customer. This will be quoted and agreed with the customer prior to test.
INSTALLATION AND TRAINING:
Foundation drawing to be sent to customer after the order confirmed.
User manual will be given customer after the installation completed.
The electric and air line connections and wiring, their channels, covers which may require for open foundation zones etc., should be provided by the customer.

AKYAPAK – AKBEND 3 ROLLER HYDRAULIC BENDING MACHINES
Akyapak manufactures 3 roller Hydraulic Plate Bending Machines with the capacity of bending from 2 mm up to 140 mm for thickness and from 1000 mm to 6000 mm for width.
Some features of Akyapak’ s 3 roller Hydraulic Plate Bending Machines are :
     All Rolls are hydraulically driven.
     Up & Down movements of the side rolls are hydraulically powered.
     Drop-end ( cover ) controlling system to open and close from control panel.
     Top roll tilts up
     Rolls are driven by 3 separate hydraulic motors and gearbox ( up to 230 mm diameter )
The frames of the machines are welded steel construction. The roll shafts, bearings used in production are good ( European ) quality. Also the torque limits of the machines are very high.
Spherical bearings are used for the rolls to minimize frictional resistance, which improves the capacity of the machines.
Akyapak machines are designed with 3D CAD programs and all calculations are carefully checked with analyzing programs by experienced high skilled engineers before productions are started. All necessary electrical and hydraulic safety precautions are taken by Akyapak technical staff. The specifications of Akyapak Machines are harmonious to CE norms.

Y1-Y2 axis:
Linear encoder for electronic ram depth—setting, equilibration, calibration
Y1, Y2-axis are the independent motion parameters of two cylinders controlled by CNC control system. Both ends of machine with a high-precision (resolution 0.005mm) linear guide from Germany, which used to determine the exact distance of the ram and the table, linear guide is connected with the table, eliminating the deformation of the slider position column impact. Ram running speed and location data through the two optical grating timely feedback to the CNC system, CNC system to calculate and output the servo valve control signal S1 ~ S2, control of two electro-hydraulic servo valve output flow, so that the two cylinder simultaneous .

V axis: automatic bed crowning by CNC Controller.
Deflection of the bed and ram under bending load is an unavoidable fact of life with any brake, which tends to cause bed angles to be inconsistent from center to ends of part. The problem is further compounded by the fact that bending loads are constantly changing for job to job and even within the same part, due to variations in material strength, thickness, and bend angle, bend length and other factors. YSD’s adjustable bed crowning system will automatically calculate and adjust the amount of crown on the bed to the proper position from bend to bend if so needed.
The crowning table composes of many crowning wedges, they could move relatively, and one group of ideal curve could be achieved on the crowning table. Thus linearity of bending product could be guaranteed.
CNC crowning ensures the ram and table are parallel during the bending operation. Sheet thickness, length, die opening and tensile strength data are entered into the control. Force and related deflection of the table and ram are automatically determined, preloading is optimally obtained for each bend. With YSD HPS press brakes, you obtain an optimal bending process and excellent bending results form the first piece.

3.   Machine structure
3.1  For the best rigidity and performance of the main machine body, the frame and Component is designed and Finite Element Analyzed under ANSYS/UG software.
3.2  Full steel connected structure, stress released through vibration by adopting Germany technology, with rigidity and accuracy well kept. Warranty for the main frame of the machine is full working life.
3.3  The welding frame for big YSD machine have crack detection through ultrasonic.
The structure parts on machine with rust removed through sand beating. Also spray With rust-proof paint.
3.4  For the one-time machining of uprights, up ram and working table, SKODA and 5-Axis TOSHIBA CNC boring & milling machine is adopted. Thus the parallelism and Uprightness between all mounting surfaces could be guaranteed.
4.   Hydraulic system
4.1  Modularized hydraulic system is adopted, and the pipeline and connections are reduced to the minimum level to ensure minimum maintenance.
4.2  Hydraulic Valve block including proportional servo valve and pressure valve is adopted from Germany.
4.3  High-pressure internal gear pump from Voith, Germany or NACHI, Japan with reliability and low noise.
4.4  Quality oil seals from MERKEL, Germany are adopted. With secure sealing and long life.
4.5  YSD quality cylinders ensure high reliability and safety.
Hydraulic cylinder and Piston is with hot forging, and with one-time machining on CNC lathe. CNC cylindrical grinding for roundness and super fine machining on horning machine for smoothness is adopted on the cylinder. CNC cylindrical grinding for roundness and vibration super-fine machining on the outer surface for smoothness is adopted on the piston rod. Hard chroming is adopted on the surface of the piston.
4.6  Relief valve is adopted to protect the oil pump and hydraulic system when over-loading.
4.8     With oil leveler to indicate the level of oil tank.
4.8  With precise guiding system, position measuring system and the function of hydraulic equilibrium, bending over whole length with good accuracy could be achieved.
4.9  The machine can run continuously under rated load, without oil leakage in hydraulic system. With reliability and accuracy.
